煮れば煮るほどやわらかくなるという
本当にそうでした！
いのししなのに全然臭みがない
お部屋の中も個室でお店自体が300年以上続いていると言う中でもすごく清潔感があってよかったです
接待等にも...
以前から気になっていた創業303年のももんじや、やっと行けました。単に自宅から遠いから行きにくかっただけですが。
当日は車で行ったのでソフトドリンクなので、アルコールは飲んでいませんがメニューを見る...
結構見かけるお店でしたがなかなか行き難く。有志が集まり何年か越しの入店。
上手いわ。猪鍋の肉の脂が絶品の味。鹿の刺身も素晴らしい。
飲むよりも食を楽しみましょうって感じ。
若い子たちだと二皿、三...
元同僚との会合に利用。
しっかりとした猪鍋が楽しめます( ´ω｀)
最高だった。
猪は、食感が良いね。脂身もおいしい。
鹿の刺身は、臭みがまったく無くて、鹿食べてるのかわかんなくなった。
熊汁は、臭みが凄い。ちょっと苦手かなぁー！
昔はたぬき汁出してたらし...

変わったお肉、大好きでございます。
ももんじやさんは前から気になっておりましたが
立地があまり使わないところだったので
