猪鍋がめっちゃ美味しそうなので、予約して行ってきました。
見るからに老舗の雰囲気を醸し出した店です。
2階に上がった畳みのお座敷でした。
予約したのは野獣肉コース
看板メニュー猪鍋から鹿刺身、鹿立田揚げ、熊汁等のジビエを贅沢に楽しめるコース全六品。
赤ワインのハーフボトルと一緒に頂きました。
猪は煮れば煮るほど柔らかくなるとのこと。
丹波の猪らしく、臭みもなくて脂が美味しかったです。
お鍋の具材のセリやネギ、しらたきも美味しくてペロリでした。
〆は食べログのクーポンでうどんを頂きました。
