The chef himself personally visits Toyosu Market to procure fresh seafood. He is particularly particular about raw bluefin tuna, which has a flavor that cannot be found in frozen tuna. He will treat you to a variety of exquisite dishes, including licensed pufferfish, aged ingredients, and daily specials. He uses two types of sushi rice, one made with Edomae red vinegar, depending on the ingredients. You can easily order just one piece, so please enjoy a course including selection carte dishes, a set menu, or whatever suits your needs.

We have a wide variety of drinks to enjoy with your nigiri sushi and food. We always have five types of sake on offer, with two or three recommended types depending on the season, and sometimes rare brands such as Juyondai, Hiroki, and Aramasa are available. We also have about 12 types of shochu, mainly potato shochu, including premium shochu Other as Isami, Mitake, and Kanehachi. Please enjoy a variety of drinks and food, including Japanese whiskey, standard beer, and our unique "Chuhai (Shochu cocktail)."

Kojikoji is run by the head chef and his wife, a husband and wife team.
