Visited for lunch on Sunday. Entered the store at 12:30. There are 4 customers. There are counter seats and table seats in the store, and you can sit at the table seats. I ordered the following. "Kobore Sparkling" 935 yen "Seasonal (whitebait and fava bean) Ajillo" 880 yen "Rye baguette" 450 yen "Potato Salad Mont Blanc" 580 yen "Fresh Fish (Brie) Carpaccio" 880 yen "Anchovy Cabbage" 780 yen Yen "Chardonnay Bottle Wine" 4,840 yen Kobore Sparkling wine comes in a glass in a square, and the staff pours it until the sparkling wine spills out of the glass and fills the square. Sparkling wine is dry and delicious. The seasonal Ajillo (whitebait and fava beans) and rye baguette have just the right amount of saltiness from the whitebait, and go well with the rye bread. Ajillo is small in quantity. For the Potato Salad Mont Blanc, which is prepared right in front of you, the waiter will serve you the mashed potatoes on top of the potato salad right at your table. The potato salad has cheese and olives in it and is delicious. Anchovy cabbage is roughly chopped cabbage covered with anchovy sauce and grilled and served hot. The saltiness is just right, and the flavor of the anchovies mixes well with the cabbage. The serving size is good compared to other dishes. The bottle of Chardonnay wine also went well with the food. The amount of food is generally small, so you can eat a variety of different types, but the prices are high. The store staff were all polite and lively, and the atmosphere was nice. Drinks were 30% off during happy hour. It was a feast.
