Soup with soy sauce and miso based on chicken tonkotsu. The umami oozes out from the seafood, meat, and vegetables, resulting in an indescribable richness and flavor. We especially recommend our store's special minced chicken. The flavor and richness of the chicken is combined with the deep soup, making it an exquisite dish. Our soup is made using a unique method that our chef uses through trial and error and research to ensure that it never boils down no matter how much you boil it. Please enjoy the delicious chanko until the very end.

Former ozeki Kirishima (current master Mutsu) is from Kyushu. We order horse sashimi and seafood from Kyushu, which is also known as a delicious food place. Horse sashimi is the best choice for fresh cherry meat that has been properly processed and stored.
