中国から来た友達とそのお母さんの接待で利用しました。
ここはお父さんとお母さんと二人の娘さんで営んでいるお店です。
だから、他にはない温かみのある雰囲気で私たちを迎えてくれました。
皆さんそれぞれが独自の形で接客をしてくれるので、
とても居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。
もちろん初めは家族経営だなんて分かりませんでした。
ですが、ネームプレートにちゃんと皆さんの情報が書いてあります。
注文や提供で皆さん全員が登場し、関係が繋がった時の気持ち良さは久しぶりでした。
初めてのお店だったので電話で場所の問い合わせをしましたら、
とても丁寧に教えてくれ、おかげで迷うことなくお店に到着です。
すると、「つたない説明でしたが場所は分かりましたか？」とご主人から。
こういう一言って意外とうれしいんですよね。
八時を過ぎていたのでお客さんも多くなく、ゆったりとした雰囲気が感じ取れました。
さほど空腹でなかったので、コースを二人前とアラカルトを注文しました。
味については他の投稿者の方々に任せますが、玄品フグなので間違いはなかったです。
友達もお母さんも大変喜んでおり、いい思い出になったようです。
下の娘さんの上手な中国語にびっくりしていました。
