◎ "Fugu" brings good fortune ◎ Authentic deliciousness at a reasonable price!
Genpin, a tiger puffer fish restaurant originating from Osaka, has been in business for about 40 years! Based on the founder's desire to make high-quality tiger puffer fish accessible to everyone, we |
Opening time: Sunday after 7pm Reservation: Call just before Waiting: We were able to enter immediately Store environment: There are about five tables for four people and one tatami room. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. It is clean and relaxing. The distance between the neighbors is moderate so it doesn't bother you too much. Price: Fin rice crackers 400 yen, Butsushi 1600 yen, 4 pieces of fried fugu 1700 yen, Nabe tetchiri 1980 yen, Zosui 700 yen, Collagen pudding 500 yen Taste: Fin rice crackers: Rich in flavor, perfect as a snack with alcohol. The texture is crispy and very good. Butsushi: Fugu sashimi cut quite thickly. Very fresh and surprisingly delicious. Personally, it was the best. Fried fugu: There are bones so it's slightly difficult to eat. The sashimi is so fresh that it feels like a waste to fry it. The quantity of the sashimi is also overwhelmingly better value. Hotpot: If shabu shabu the fugu for a few seconds, it becomes more elastic when eaten as sashimi, and the large pieces are filling. You'll want to eat as much as you want. The vegetables are normal, so I'm not sure if they're particularly good or bad; maybe a little on the light side? Rice porridge: Fugu hotpot has a lighter flavor than crab. To be honest, I couldn't tell how much fugu broth had seeped out, so it felt like I was eating egg rice porridge. Pudding: Contains fugu collagen. Nothing particularly noteworthy. Likelihood of repeating: I'd like to eat sashimi and hotpot again and again. I'll come again.
