二の丑も過ぎた平日昼に訪問しました。
注文は下記の通りです。
・肝焼き
・白焼き
・うな重
・ビール
・日本酒(土佐のしらぎく)
鰻重の特特上を注文するつもりでしたが、天然(時価)があるというので天然に予定変更。
ちなみに岡山産だそうです。
大きさにより値段が変わるという事でいくらのものが欲しいか確認され、1番高いもの12,000円でお願いしました。
生きた鰻を持ってこられ、どちらが良いかと聞かれました。
1匹を注文してから捌いてくれます。
白焼きとうな重の半々にしてもらいました。
味はどれも文句なしに大満足です。
接客も良かったです。
気になったのは、捌く前の鰻を見せてくれた後にテーブルが桶の水でびしょびしょになったのに拭くことなくそのまま料理や飲み物が提供され続けた事です。
水は紙コップでセルフサービス。
これはコロナ禍で接触を避けるためかなと解釈し、仕方ないと納得しました。
最後に味の感想を聞かれたのも困りました。
私は語彙力がなくて食レポが苦手なので(苦笑)
また伺いたいです。
