Our eel comes from a different region depending on the season to ensure the highest quality, and we use the finest Kishu Bincho charcoal for our charcoal. Please enjoy the robust taste and texture of wild eel caught in Hiramidui. In order to provide freshly prepared eel, we only prepare the eel after receiving your order. It will take about 40 to 50 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
