Food “Phantom Kuroge Wagyu Beef”★“Tokyo Beef” that can only be eaten in Daisen★
Tokyo Beef is ``Tokyo-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef'' that is raised in Tokyo and fattened in Hachioji, Tokyo, from cows born in Aogashima, the southernmost tip of the Izu Islands and known as Tokyo's unexplored region. The number of cows shipped each year is around 50, and the number of cows produced is far lower than that of other branded cows, so it is sometimes referred to as the "phantom Japanese black beef." Only “Oyama” can handle such precious meat. Because we are a directly managed store, we are particular about quality and price. Please give it a try★
