年末が近づいてくるとお蕎麦がぐっと身近に感じられてきます。
新そばが出回る時期も重なっているせいもあるのかな。
所用でむかった向島界隈、
せっかくなので美味しいお蕎麦が食べたいと思い検索し見つかったお店がコチラ、
向島七福すずめの御宿さん。
メニューには料亭すみ多さんという名前もあることから
お料理、設え、サービス・・・、隅々まで趣向が凝らされていることがうかがえます。
十割蕎麦を提供しているということで
「十割蕎麦のご挨拶」と称したひと皿が縁起物を模したおもてなしをいただき、
また、
江戸時代のお醤油は高級品だったことで
庶民は味噌ベースのつけ汁をつけていただいていたという煮抜きを復活させた
こちらでしかいただけない逸品をいただきました。
お酒はいただく予定はなかったのですが
そんな雰囲気にさせられ（笑）
菊水の純米冷酒をいただきました。
そんなわけでちょっと一口天丼もいただき、
（ヴォリュームあり、一口以上に満足度高いです）
これがまた白木の香りがほんのり香り、なんとも上品～。
いいなぁ、江戸情緒。
またゆっくりうかがいたいです。
