美味しい焼き魚食べたいと思い、こちらへ。
お店の雰囲気も良さそうなので早速予約しちゃいました。
入り口から期待大。煌びやかな和の雰囲気でいい感じです！
早速、干物を注文。注文はテーブルのタブレットで注文する形式。
迷った結果、大堂の真ほっけと穴子の醤油天日干しにしました。
その他は焼き茶豆、蓮根甘辛焼き、牛ステーキのシャリアピンソース、牛すじ煮、赤天マヨチーズグリルなどを注文。
焼き茶豆は炭焼してあるのでコゲが香ばしく美味しい！
牛ステーキも硬くなっちゃうのかなと心配だったが、柔らかくてソースのお味も美味しい。
牛すじ煮は少し甘めの味付け。これもよき。
赤天？馴染みのない食べ物。初体験です！
簡単に言えば島根ではメジャーの食べ物で、ピリ辛のさつま揚げのような感じです！
肝心な干物はふっくらジューシー。家ではこんな風にうまく焼けないなー。大根おろしも110円で追加できます。
私的には、穴子の醤油天日干しが気に入りました。いつも穴子は焼きにしろに穴子にしろフアフアってイメージがあるので、今回のは弾力があって味付けもすごく良かった！
焼き魚食べたくなったらまた来たいです。次はサバかサンマを頼んでみたいな。
