What we received this time☆ ■Otoshi (soaked rape blossoms, Chinese jellyfish, whitebait with sesame salt) ■Rare tuna cutlet (1-2 servings) ■Kanburi sashimi ■Silt with ponzu sauce ■Shiitake mushroom grilled in butter ■Today's Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)(plum) ) ■Sapporo Lager Beer ■Kagatobi Gokkan Junmai Dry The owner of Sakegumi personally purchases fresh fish from Funabashi Market, and serves seasonal dishes that are popular among locals. A shop where there is. First, we asked the owner for recommendations and ordered cold yellowtail sashimi and rare tuna cutlet! I received the back and stomach parts of the cold yellowtail, and the back part had a lot of flavor, and the belly part was fatty, so it was very delicious. The owner's family owns a Sushi, so I thought they were very good at identifying the freshest fish! The rare tuna cutlet was perfectly fried. You could enjoy it with three types: salt, wasabi mayonnaise, and green onion salt sauce. What's more, it was marinated in soy sauce for over 12 hours beforehand, making it an elaborate dish that was highly satisfying. And the Shirako ponzu sauce was big and good. I paired it with Japanese sake. Another great thing about Sakegumi is that they have a wide variety of sake! I realized once again that Seafood and sake go well together. The butter-grilled shiitake mushrooms were piping hot and delicious, and Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)was the perfect finishing touch. On the way home, I was served sweet shrimp miso soup. I'm glad I was able to enjoy Seafood till the end. There were not only counter seats but also tatami rooms, so it was a restaurant that could accommodate multiple people.
