土曜早目17時に伺いました。友人の誕生会で予め予約しました。
以前銀座二丁目にあったけど、どこ行ったんだろうと探しました。そしてこちらに辿り着けました！
店内綺麗で、半個室が取れてラッキーでした。とても居心地が良かったです。
サッポロ瓶ビールで乾杯後、頼んだものは、
・10月までの季節限定水炊きコース
・活き鯛のカルパッチョ（単品で）
前菜は、秋を意識したお皿。特に松茸の下の玉子豆腐と、煮凝りが美味しかったです！
凝っていらして、目でも楽しめましたよ。
鯛カルパッチョは、新鮮で、バジルとペッパーが少量掛かっていて、アスパラ等の野菜と美味しく頂けます。
ドレッシングが美味しいですね。
特製スープの美味しさで、後の期待感がバッチリと･･･あ～至福。。
ここで、ワインが押しな感じがして、白ワインを。日本酒は一種類な様です。
さぁ、お鍋！予め煮ておいた鶏肉が、ぐつぐつと煮立つほどにいい匂いが…。うわぁ～。
親切なスタッフの方にとても丁寧に取り分けて頂くのですが、色々お話をしながら、それも楽しい時間ですね。
まず身を食べて、旨い！お肉自身の味が生きていて、ポン酢なしで全然いけますね。肉団子も。
全然嫌味ある脂感無し、返って洗練された味かも？
二回目に取り分けて頂いたお肉は、より柔らかくなって、二度楽しめる感じが面白いですね。
野菜投入は、豆腐・椎茸・白菜・わけぎ・えのきでした。
これだけでも、結構お腹一杯になりました。
白菜の芯を、短冊切りにされていたので、さっと召し上がれるようご配慮なのかと思いました。ステキ！
雑炊は、玉子を入れて完成時に、ポン酢とメネギみじん切りをぱらっと掛けてくださいましたが、
その辺は、「ご自由に」的な方が良かった気がします。ネギなしで味わいたかったなぁと。
一度行かないと、勝手が分らないので、次回は～と思ったり出来て良かったです。
でもサラサラ食べれる不思議な雑炊でした(^・^)
