We carefully select fresh ingredients such as Tsukiji Market's specialties, tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe, and sell them directly from Tsukiji Market, so we can offer you the best toppings that can only be found in Tsukiji at affordable prices! In addition, there are over 60 types of menus made with fresh ingredients, including the Owawame-don [assortment of 7 kinds, with miso soup] available from early morning until 10am, and the full stomach lunch [assortment of 7 kinds, with miso soup] at lunchtime. There are 2-3 different lunch menus depending on the day.

In addition to the fresh toppings that can only be enjoyed at Tsukiji, Kanno also focuses on the "supporting roles" that make the toppings stand out, such as sushi rice, wasabi, and soy sauce!
