《つきじ かんの》築地市場の臨場感あふれるカウンターで鮮度とコスパを凌駕する海鮮丼
築地場外にある「つきじ かんの」さん。
種類豊富な丼を楽しめるため築地でも人気あるお店です。
場所は築地四丁目の交差点から徒歩数十秒と、屋根のあるアーケードを進むと築地らしさあふれる入口の先にあります。
店内というか建物の廊下にそのままカウンターとして営業されており、デコボコのコンクリートと年季の入った市場を感じさせる空間が昭和っぽさを醸し出します。
毎日、新鮮な魚を自店でセリ落とし、最短距離で提供されているため、鮮度と安さがご自慢です。
平日の13時過ぎでしたが、お客さんはまばらで十分な間隔をあけたお席に案内して頂きました。
カウンター以外にもテーブルの個室もあるようで、おばちゃんがとても手際良く接客してくださいます。
メニューが所狭しと貼られており、海鮮丼だけでも数十種類はあるでしょうか？そんなメニューを選んでいるだけでもワクワクしてきます。
いつもはネギトロ丼にするところ、この日は本日のおすすめとして押している「上うに入り中トロ三種盛丼（2,100円税込）」にしてみました。
お会計は前金制で注文時に支払います。
注文から5分と驚異の提供スピードで着丼です。
中トロが4枚、イクラ、そして雲丹と"海鮮丼"を堪能するに相応しい内容で、具の下には刻み海苔と温かなシャリが敷かれており、酢飯の心地良い風味がさらに食欲を煽ります。
また大盛りは無料ですので、食べる方や空腹時には嬉しいサービス！
中央に添えてある山葵を小皿にうつし、醤油にといて丼にかけていきます。で、具材を楽しみながらご飯をかきこむ、う～ん、これが海鮮丼の醍醐味ですね！
数量限定でワンコイン丼などもありましたので、お好みの組み合わせをみつけて築地で市場メシを食らうには十分な満足感を得られると思います。
市場は豊洲に移ってしまいましたが、今でも市場の臨場感があふれています。
過去にお取引先様とのランチに利用した時にはとても喜んで頂けましたので、これからもシーンに応じて利用させて頂きます。

築地場外市場に軒を連ねる海鮮丼店の一つがこちら。
今回は出張で東京にお越しになられたお取引先様を連れて、築地で海鮮丼を食らうためにアテンド。
どうせなら市場メシらしい臨場感を味わってもらいたくて、通路に面するカウンターへ。
平日13時頃、インバウンドで混んでいないことを祈って訪れると、待つことなく案内して頂きました。
今回、数多くあるメニューの中から気になって選んでみたのもは数量限定のこちら。
●トロブツ丼 1,700円
待つこと3分ほどで着丼となりました。
あおさのお味噌汁付きの嬉しいサービス。
赤身のぶつ切りとは違い、薄ピンクにランダムに切りつけられたトロに葱を散らして。
口に放り込むと、食感を持たせながらもトロの甘みが口に溶けていき、さらに醤油醤油が旨みを膨らませる！
シャッキリとした葱の清涼感とともに、キリッと澄んだ味わいの酢飯にトロを染めるようにマッチ。
通常盛りながらもガッツリと食べ心地を与え、さら食べる方には大盛り無料サービスも！
お連れした方は本日のおすすめ「まぐろ・雲丹・イクラ(2,500円)」を大盛りで大満足して頂きました。
気軽に築地で市場メシが味わえて、ここぞという時に重宝する丼ぶり処です。
