今朝8時頃に一瞬ちらついた雪を見た時、昼はコレかなぁ～と9割方決めていました。
11時半に入店する際は、外は雪ではなく小雨。

築地場外といえば寿司屋等の海鮮系食事処が多いから、お蕎麦屋さんは空いてるかなと思って、ゴールデンウィークの真ん中の平日の12:50頃訪問。
しかし予想に反して満席。待つ事7〜8分程で入店。

今となっては、このわかりにくい路地入り口も通な気分になれて気分が良い。
お店は店主と給仕の方2名かな。
料理もスムーズに出てくるし、オーダーもすぐ対応くださいます。プロだなぁ。
