築地はイタリア食堂のらさんに行ってきました。
以前からずっと気になっていて、かみさんは一人で行って良かったって言ってましたので、今回土曜日の休日ディナーはこちらののらさんに決定。
カウンター一番奥に案内されて着席。
ジムでガッツリとサウナに入って、喉はカラカラ。
旨いビールがのみた〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜い！！！！！！！
エビス生ビール700円で一人乾杯！
続いておつまみは
まぐろのカルパッチョ1540円
オレンジの酸味と香りがまぐろをいい感じに包んでめちゃんこうまし。
ビールが一気に無くなっちゃいました。
牡蠣のムニエル1650円
マッシュポテトと焦がしバター醤油
焦がしバターの風味とマッシュポテトのなめらかな舌触りがいいソースになって牡蠣を一段と美味しくしてくれます。
赤ワインはグラスで一日もらい
アラビアータスパゲティ1540円をお願いしてしばらく待ちます。
絶妙なアルデンテ具合に、口が喜ぶ喜ぶ。
更に優しいトマトソースの甘みが口いっぱいに広がって、めちゃんこ旨いパスタです。
スタッフさんのさりげない接客も心地よく
ワインも、料理も人もハードもどれもレベル高いですね。
