テレビ番組『カンブリア宮殿』の「岩泉ヨーグルト」の回で、岩泉の社長が勉強の為に訪れたイタリア料理店『イタリア食堂のら』に「20食限定」のプリンがある事を知りさっそく予約してから訪問しました。
せっかくなので＊ランチショートコース￥3.800（サラダ･パスタ･メイン･コーヒー）
＊デザート（プリン）￥700
＊ビール￥800＊赤ワイン￥1.000を頂きました。
昼時。働いている人々がランチにパスタコースを求めて常に待ちがいる状態の繁盛店です。
そんな中カウンター１番奥に陣取り、強心の私は我関せず優雅にショートコースを堪能する(笑)
プリン目当てで来たものの、このショートコースの内容とコスパが素晴らしかった。
＊サラダ。
＊前菜⇒トウモロコシのジュレで帆立入りは、トウモロコシの甘味と少しの酸味のジュレが帆立の旨味を引き立て、この季節にピッタリで爽やかな仕上がりはお酒のアテとしても美味しい。
＊本日のパスタ⇒トリッパのトマトソースはトリッパ好きな私としては満足度が高かった。
ピリッとした辛さと咀嚼する程旨味を感じる内臓はアルコールが進みます。
＊メイン⇒牛もも肉のソテーと南瓜とマッシュルームはしっかりとした表面の火入れとジューシーな肉の旨味を逃さず美味しい。
南瓜は粗く裏ごして食感も良く、自然な甘味とマッシュルームもメインと合っていた。
これでコーヒーが付き￥3.800とは驚きです❗️
デザート⇒最後に本命のプリン。
固めでむっちりしていてネーミング通り濃厚。
そしてこの濃厚さが他のプリンより奥深い感じがします。
プリンの上に乗っているブルーベリーは初めてでしたが、これが意外にも合っている♪
店主いわく「かなり濃厚なので季節のフルーツを乗せています」との事。
手間がかかり過ぎて１日20個が限度との事でしたが、プリン好きには穴場で希少性が高いので是非オススメします❗️
シェフも忙しい合間を見ては話しかけてくれて他のスタッフも感じが良く楽しい時間が過ごせました。
