築地方面ランチ探訪。築地駅からだと少し歩きます。
聖路加国際病院前の居留地中央通り沿いにある
街中イタリアンさんです。近くにはピザ屋さんの
トゥットベーネさんとかベーカリーのオリミネさん
とかあります。
今日は口がクリーミーさを欲しているようで
こちらで、小貝柱とカリフラワーのクリームパスタ
1200円を頂きました♪
オープンキッチン風のカウンター席10人くらいで
ロングカウンターです^_^。ビストロチック♪
テーブル席もあり幅広い客層さん対応かなと。
オープンしてすぐにお客さん入ってましたから
地元の台所的な感じですね♪
最初にさっぱりしたワインビネガーが効いた
ドレッシングでグリーンサラダ頂きました♪
対面のキッチンで パスタが茹であがり
湯気がふわっと上がってフライパンで
スタンばっていたクリームソースと合わせて
濃度を少し上げてます。
こちらのクリームソースのミルクがとても軽目で良き
クリームソースの重いのは苦手です^_^。
胡椒も殆ど振らず、パスタの塩気と貝柱から出る
旨みのみで軽く合わせてある。カリフラワーも
軽くてそれでいて良きところでクリームソースの
風味が香ります。
パスタ食べ上げた時に過度なソースの残り方しない
良き計算された適量です^_^
バゲットで最後のソースを浸して完食♪
胡椒辛くない 貝柱の風味を大事にした一皿
ごちそうさまでした。
