We started our children's Cafeterias activities through the National Children's Cafeterias Support Center Musubie. With the cooperation of the Chuo Ward Social Welfare Council and Niko Niko Cafeterias, we provide nutrition education and support to local children through our children's Cafeterias twice a month.

ChefYuya Hirayama - Breaking new ground in Steak with charcoal grilling
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1981. After graduating from culinary school, he applied to train at the most rigorous restaurant and was introduced to the prestigious Ginza Yutaka, where Taro Kawamura, the current head of Kawamura, was the manager. He was fascinated by the Steak and decided to dedicate his life to the pursuit of it. After 11 years of devoting himself to meat, he went independent in 2011 and opened Ginza Hirayama. His goal is to "change the perception that Steak = Teppan-yaki" through his unique method of grilling in a charcoal oven.

They do not specify the origin or brand of the meat, but instead purchase only the best quality A5 rank Japanese black beef of the day, such as Kobe beef and purebred Tajima beef. The criteria are a good balance of fat and lean meat, fine marbling, and a slightly light pink color. The chef's instincts, backed by experience, select the best possible Japanese black beef. The main dish is the rare Chateaubriand, which is the center part of the fillet, but sirloin is also available upon request.
