First of all, there are variations in the way the sushi is cooked, and in some cases the core remains. Was it really cooked by a craftsman? Perhaps they are not very particular about the ingredients, as there is no explanation of the production area or type, and the food is served casually. In particular, the salmon roe was too salty and spicy. The temperature of the sushi does not change depending on the material, and the temperature is the same for red meat and shellfish. Unfortunately, even if I ordered an additional order, there would be no eggs. I wish they would at least prepare some balls even if they weren't in the course. Also, is the lead to the store a fireplace on the first floor? It's smelly because you enter through the 2nd floor space of Yaki. It seems that the clerk on the first floor also handles service. Since this is a competitive tourist destination, this may be enough for tourists, but if it's in this price range (8,800 yen + extra) and this quality, they won't come back. You can have standing sushi for around 300 yen per piece. Although it wasn't great, it didn't feel like I was carrying the Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime Group's ``Bettei'' sign on my back.
