築地に2021年4月オープンした「吟ぽて」。
銀座の割烹店「佐々木」が手掛けるお店です。
場所は大通りから1本入った築地場外市場の路地奥。
薄暗い中を進んでいくと「吟ぽて」の暖簾が掛かっています。
店内はカウンター6席に2人テーブル3卓。
ジャズが流れるオシャレな空間で、まさに隠れ家的な雰囲気です。
料理はシンプルに「吟ぽて・吟いかセット」900円。
それぞれの単品もありますが、これしかありません。
「吟ぽて・吟いかセット」
黒い平たい冬期にポテサラとイカめし。
美しい盛り付けはレストランの様です。
「吟ぽて」はゆかりが振られたポテサラで、下にはいぶりがっこ。
ポテサラは凝ったものではなく、ちょい甘めのスタンダードなタイプです。
「吟いか」はカットされた「いかめし」が天ぷらに。
薄衣に天つゆ的な味付けで予想外の旨さです。
「いかめし」自体は駅弁の「いかめし」より上品な味付け。
柔らかいイカと衣でイカフライ的な感じもあります。
スタッフに聞くと「佐々木」の常連さんが良く「いかめし」を頼んでいたとのこと。
それをアレンジしたのがここの「吟いか」だそうです。
ドリンクはビールにジン、ワインなど。
軽く食べられるので、築地食べ歩きの途中に組み込むと良いアクセントになると思います。
