2023年12月8日に京橋公園に近い新富町「エスパシオ新富町」2階にオープンしたフレンチ、1階に置いてあったメニューの料理が良さそうだったのでお伺いしてみました。
店内は弧を描くカウンターと個室1部屋、オープンキッチンで温かみのある今時な雰囲気。

・新緑豆畑のタルト、各地より届いた春の息吹
・宇佐とらふぐのマリネ、キャビアとシャルドネクリーム

シェフの喋りが流暢なのにとても驚きましたが、一皿一皿の量感も良く手間のかけ方が凄い。イノベーティブということですが、骨太で個性もしっかり感じられ、ソースが美味しいのも素晴らしい。ワインにあまり耐性と思い入れがないのでアルコールの価格が良心的なのも嬉しい。
