We mainly deliver dishes using fresh fish purchased daily from Toyosu Market to our customers. The daily menu is prepared using seasonal ingredients and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including sashimi and stewed dishes. In addition to seasonal specialties such as ``Cod sprout and milt tempura'' and ``Silt roe ponzu sauce'', we also have standard alcoholic drinks such as ``Fried sweet potato'' and ``Fried whelk in butter and soy sauce.''
