Our restaurant has an extensive menu that uses skirt steak. The highlight of the menu is the ``extra-large skirt steak'' that will captivate your eyes. The weight is a whopping 150g! Follow your instincts and grill wildly and enjoy. Also, enjoy the sliced ``skirt steak'' with the ``homemade yolk sauce'' that has a mellow egg yolk. We also have a piping hot ``skirt steak'' that is juicy, tender, and dripping with juicy juices. All of our dishes are made with rare Wagyu beef, prepared in-house.

Our restaurant is particular about all kinds of meat and offal, not just skirt steak. Some of our menus use branded Omi beef, one of Japan's three major Wagyu beef varieties. The meat is fine and the fat is sweet, so please enjoy the deliciousness that melts in your mouth. In addition, we also offer limited quantities of "Shimacho" and "Tail" hormones that emphasize freshness! We also carry Kuroge Wagyu Cow tongue which is a specialty of our sister store.
