Unusually, my second daughter wanted to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so my wife and I headed to Tsukishima. I visited ``Tsukishima Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Harami Ya Usatsuki Tsukishima Branch'' for the first time to try a restaurant I had never seen before. I have visited the sister store "Tanya Usatsuki" several times before. As the name suggests, this is a shop that specializes in skirt steak. For the grilled dishes, I ordered Wagyu skirt steak, 4 types of tongue, Tsurami, and Biological skirt steak yukke and mino sashimi. I prefer the signature skirt steak to be cut thicker, and the skirt steak to be medium-cooked. The surami is rare, and the meat on your face is stimulated every time you move your mouth, and the flavor of the beef is concentrated. You can also taste each part of the tongue, including the tongue base, tongue middle, and tongue tendon. Unfortunately, the dipping sauce was lemon juice, I think it would have been even better if it had been cut with lemon. The skirt steak, tongue, and surami are of high quality, so you don't need to add any salt or anything. The green onion salad on the side was good. It's dressed with sesame oil and chili peppers, and it goes well as a snack, and it's also delicious wrapped around meat. Since the owner is from Hokkaido, there was ``guarana'' on display. I also had the Guarana Chuhai. I wanted to try other meats, but my child gave up halfway through the meal, and the 4-piece tongue platter was quite filling, so I couldn't find anything else. Next time I would like to try the loin or short ribs. Also open for lunch. Thank you for the meal♪
