Revisited after a long time
This time, three of us visited. They are lined up at the counter. It seemed like the table was reserved. One of the members was really looking forward to coming into the store, probably because he was born and raised in the neighborhood of this store. After toasting raw, we had Otoshi (tuna pickled in oil). Then, from the 5 types of fish, I chose horse mackerel and Heimasa. The meat was thick, but the fat was high enough to make it easy to eat. Just like last time, the chopsticks-free chicken fillet has a sour taste from the plum crystal that leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. For the sake, Chiyomusubi Hiyaoroshi was refreshing and delicious. Shikisaki seems to be popular with women. And once again, I thought that the choko cups and tableware here complimented the food, and I enjoyed the colors. The last picture of the steam basket is where they also serve steamed sake (steamed sake). It seems that the taste is different when it is warmed. Maybe it's because the evaporation method is different? I would like to visit you again!
A hidden gem in a place with little foot traffic
I visited with 5 people. The seats were quite spacious and felt comfortable. The tables and counters are made of plain wood, so you can't see inside at all from the outside, but the interior is very clean and bright. Akahoshi first. The appetizer was served in a nice glass plate with something similar to sea lettuce on top of the peeled tuna, and it was delicious. I ordered: - Assorted sashimi - Pickled eggplant - Hamotoshi - Cream cheese pickled in Saikyo - Assorted pickles -pork shabu-shabu salad I'm sorry, but in the photo, the mizunasu and pickles were made after they were prepared, so it's almost twice as much. It's the amount. . As for the drinks, I enjoyed them as you can see in the photo. They seem to have a variety of seasonal drinks available. The sashimi had sea urchin in it and was delicious, but I think the conger conger drop was the best. It feels like it's been carefully watered down, and it has that texture without the potato starch! It was refreshing with the accompanying plum meat. pork shabu-shabu salad was also good, as the sesame sauce mixed well with the meat and vegetables. The ``Eikun Junmai Ginjo Natsu no Shiragiku'' from Shizuoka, which I received in place of the sake that was out of stock, was delicious. I'll visit you again!

I visited again after a long time. This time, we visited with six people. The shop is quietly located just across Ishijima Bridge or Tomoe Bridge from Monnaka Station. First, let's toast with Akahoshi. The appetizer is clear rice with firefly squid in it. It's a good soup. What I ordered was: - Sashimi platter - Wild vegetable Tempura- Grilled mackerel - Fried horse mackerel - Dashi rolls - Dashi - Salted squid The sashimi platter consisted of red sea bream, horse mackerel, and tuna (yokowa?).It was fresh and delicious. I was late in taking photos of the wild vegetables, but there are more of them. It was fried crispy and felt like spring. The mackerel was grilled on the outside, but the inside was served as sashimi. It goes well with grated green onions. The fried horse mackerel was crispy and warm, and the grated ponzu sauce was exquisite! This is nice. The rolls are soft and fluffy. I cut it into pieces with the chopsticks that came with it. Although the soup stock is strong, it is a good pick. The dipping sauce was gone before I knew it, so I'll see you next time. Salted fish has a rich taste and a small amount of green seaweed? With the addition of this, the taste was exquisite. The various drinks were delicious, but I liked Tanigawadake. The final drink, ``Ippongi,'' which was not on the menu, was sweet, but had a slightly higher alcohol content, making it a good drink to drink slowly. I tasted it for the first time. This is a store that I want to visit carefully. It was a feast!
