All seats are private rooms with sunken kotatsu. We can accommodate small groups up to 100 people! Kochi/Tosa specialty! There are also courses that you can enjoy such as ``Straw-grilled salted bonito'', Tokushima's local chicken ``Awaodori'', ``Senzangi'' from Ehime, and ``Sanuki udon'' from Kagawa. Straw has a high combustion temperature and is said to reach approximately 1000℃. The strong heat cooks the surface of the bonito in no time, locking in the flavor. It also has the aromatic aroma of straw smoke, which further enhances the flavor of the bonito. You can watch the food being prepared in the grilling area next to the counter. Please enjoy it with local sake from Shikoku.
