木場駅から徒歩1,2分、バチクソ駅前。
西側の出口と東側の出口の間くらいにある。駅の真上すぎて逆に出口から遠なってるやんてきなところにあるイタリアン。
先日、神戸から木場に移転してきたお店になります。
駅の反対側には最近話題のイタリアンあるし、木場のイタリアン盛り上がってる。
神戸時代はお伺いしたことなかったけど評判良かったらしく、移転後行ってみようと思って行ってみた。
店内はテーブル席が並んでて半個室的なテーブルもあるっぽい。
なんとなくカウンターを想像してたけどカジュアルなテーブル席だった。
コースは13,200円のものと22,000円のものがあります。
この日は上のコース。
僕は普段そんな飲めないですがこちらのお店はペアリングの評判がとても良いのでほんのちょっとずつのペアリングでお願いしました。
料理は8品とデザート2種に小菓子と品数結構多めなのが嬉しいです。
後付け合わせにパンもくれるけどそこに着いてるホイップバターもとても美味しい。
オマール海老、ウニとキャビアの冷製パスタや、フォアグラのフランにフカヒレをのせたものなど、食材でも楽しませてくださいます。リゾットもアワビ。
パスタは鴨とヤングコーンで、コクがありながらも爽やかな香ばしさがあって美味しい。タヤリンもちょうど良い。
メインは尾崎牛のステーキで、じゃがいものと組み合わせ。
トリュフソースと、削ったトリュフもかかってます。
お肉の焼き加減も違和感なくて、美味しかったです。
デザートは桃のやつとメロンのやつで、どちらも爽やかなスイーツ。
全部美味しかったし、2万円前半のコースでこれだけの食材出てくるのはすごいです。もちろんワインとの相性もしっかりしてた。
13200円の方はそれはそれで値段に対する満足度も高そう。
シェフも気さくで優しい人で、これから流行ってほしいなと思います。
