This is a masterpiece with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and a suppressed odor. In addition, our specialty ``Ultimate Roast Beef'' made with Shinshu beef has a luxurious flavor that is a fusion of ``Japanese'' and ``Western'' with a special porcini cream sauce.It is carefully pasteurized to ensure a tender finish.
