増税前は税込1500円だったらしい、70分のランチビュッフェは、増税後には税込1980円にまで膨れ上がったようです。おおよそ400円の値上げ。すなわち、消費税が42%にアップしたという計算。
増税前にこちらにきたことがないので、料理のグレードがどうなのかは分かりませんが、値段が上がったからなのか、特に70分ということは伝えられず。まぁそれは良かったけど、オーナーみたいなスタッフの態度が良くなかった。
サラダコーナー、おかずコーナー、米や麺コーナー、ドリンクバーコーナー。そんな感じ。料理の種類は、ぼちぼちって感じかな。サラダもおかずもそんなに種類が多いとは思わなかったけど、おかずコーナーには豚肉、鶏肉はあったし、ローストビーフサラダやちょっとした魚とか、いちおう食材の種類は豊富だったかな。あとはパンもあったし、スイーツもあった。
中でも1番良かったのは、オレンジ生搾り自動マシーンがあって、ボタンを押すだけでフレッシュジュースが勝手に注がれてくる。
料理は普通に美味しかったです。味付け、悪くない。揚げ物類は冷めてて硬くなってたけど、それでも味は美味しいなって。あと、調味料類も豊富だったから味付けカスタマイズできるのもなかなか。
ただ、2000円近くの価値はどうだろ。増税したとは言っても、200円程度の値上げが妥当かな。台場の飲食店は相場が高いとは言え、2000円近くも出すならもう少し良いもの食べられそう。
