江東区有明のオフィスビルの２階にあります居酒屋さん。４月に宴会開催を目視し、テイクアウト目当てで参りましたが、弁当は見当たらず、「組み合わせ自由定食」（２品９００円、３品１１００円）をイートイン。店頭メニューで、２５種類程度「組み合わせ自由」から、かなり悩みながらも、決め打ち入店で、テーブル・メニューにはノー・タッチで、ノーマスク会食の先客よりも先に、「海鮮ばくだん納豆」と「スタミナ焼き」を頼みます。５分程で来ましたトレイには、納豆と刺身の小鉢、鉄板皿のスタミナ焼（生卵載せ）。ＨＰで「特にオススメの【スタミナ焼き】は、その名の通り“スタミナ”＆ボリューム満点の看板料理◎ジューシーな肉とたっぷりの新鮮野菜を特製のタレを絡めながら焼き上げていく、こだわりの逸品」だそうで、ビンゴ。お代わり可のライス、味噌汁はお代わり不要で、納豆ご飯も楽しみ、お新香、海苔の容器には触らずに、満腹になりました。オシボリが無いと思ったら、店頭にセルフで置いてあるのに気付いたのは、キャッシュレス決済した１５分後です。アルコール消毒も然り。
