お台場海浜公園駅の前のオフィスビルの２階のチェーンうどん店に閉店の予感がして、ランチに参りますと、案の定、閉店しており、博多系の居酒屋さんが、ランチにうどんを提供しており、代替致しました。うどんメニューは、素うどん480円、ざるうどん480円、わかめうどん580円、きつねうどん600円、ゴボ天うどん600円、ごぼう天肉うどん820円等、丼類のセットは、980円。開店数日で、１番人気の冠の付いた博多肉うどん700円を頼みますと、4分で来ましたトレイには、直置きのお玉、布おしぼりは、入口の脇にアルコール消毒と併存しており、卓上には無く、一味唐辛子を使い、箸だけで、頂きました。肉うどんの肉は、開店数日で、１番人気の冠に相応しい、甘いながら、旨いです。ワカメも入り、博多うどんにしては、柔やわではないうどんは、楽しめました。滞在時間10分以下、歓談女性客グループはおりましたが、ソーシャルディスタンスで、濃厚接触は回避できました。
