東京テレポート駅周辺でランチをすることにしました。
選んだのは、テナント内にある居酒屋さん風のうどん屋さんでした。
ランチとして、丼メニューがありました。
その中から選んだのは、本マグロ漬け丼です。
何故、漬け丼にしたかは、単なる気分ですね。

水がでてきました。
なんとドリンク付きでした。
丼メニューなので意外でした。
そのため、通常は珈琲系ですが、今回はアイスウーロン茶にしました。
グラスが角ハイボールのグラスだったので、少しだけテンションがあがりました。

そして、マグロ漬け丼の登場です。
出来映えとしてはボチボチですね。
無難な仕上がりとも言えます。
わさびを醤油でとかして、丼にかけます。
では頂きます。
漬け丼なので、味は十分についていますので、漬け丼らしくやや濃いめになります。
そのため、ご飯が進みますね。
