This is a shop that takes full advantage of its location in the waterfront metropolitan area. Apparently it's a Hakata udon restaurant. I've never eaten udon in Hakata, so I can't say whether it's delicious or not from that perspective, but in terms of an absolute rating, I don't think it would be ``delicious.'' I often pass by here, so I've eaten here several times, and I went in this day as well. I didn't know there was a rice dish. I ordered Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). It had a strong flavor, but I prioritized the sweetness. Maybe there isn't enough soup stock. It's alternating between sweet and salty (not spicy). On this day, the restaurant was full, but I wonder what kind of business communication would be made so that the customers could hear, "Please don't come in anymore." I think it would be smarter to at least use slang. There was also a long line at the cash register, and I thought, "Hmm." . .
