あっさり薄味
豊洲のサイゴンキッチンさんへ。
平日ランチタイムは混むらしいので予約をして
訪問。予約は3名からOKで1人1800円以上の
注文が必要とのこと。今回は4名だったので
それだと1人1200円以上の注文で良いらしい。
ハーフ＆ハーフメニューが飲み物付きだと
1200円で皆それを注文。
トムヤムフォー＆グリーンカレーの
組み合わせにドリンクはアイス蓮茶を注文。
フォーに関しては辛さはほぼ無くて誰でも食べ
やすい味にしているのかな。
フォーはふやけていてブツブツ切れるので
食感が良くない。のびたインスタントラーメンと
同じ。
グリーンカレーはサラサラの薄味。
本格的なベトナム料理を期待したらかなり
物足りない味だと思う。
いつも気になっていたお店だしワンちゃん連れ
もOKなのでランチが美味しかったら夜に行って
みようと思っての訪問だったけど次は無いかなぁ。

職場から駅に向かう途中にあるお店なので
使いやすい。
ガパオライス1100円をテイクアウト。
スープとサラダ付き。
以前ランチ利用の時には味が薄くてなんちゃって
ベトナム料理という印象で、テイクアウトの
ガパオも味がしないというかひき肉炒めてガパオ
の粉を少々ふりかけた適当な味だった。
スープはトムヤムペーストを溶かしただけの
味でただしょっぱいだけでこちらもインスタント
の味。具はもやしと乾燥ネギ少々。
バイトさんが作れるよう簡略化されているの
だろうけどお店の方は今一度味の
確認をしてから出したほうがよいと思う。
