Late afternoon Steak and soba heart filling
Near Onarimon Station, Shimizu inside the Tokyo Prince Hotel is an unavoidable place that will give you peace of mind. I chose it as a place to enjoy an afternoon reunion with old friends. <Shimizu Lunch> 2,600 yen (Free choice of half-ju and soba set) ◆Half-ju (choose one of your choice) ① Chirashi-ju ② Ten-ju ③ Steak ju ←My choice ◆Cold soba (100g) ◆Fresh Salad ◆Seasonal pickles ◆Miso soup ◆Filled with sweetness Taste the soba noodles first and be amazed at how perfectly delicious they are. Steak I chose is not only delicious, but also the harmony of the sauce and rice is outstanding. This is a place that is the epitome of a hotel Cafeterias, where you can enjoy delicious food while having a quiet conversation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

That day, we gathered in the secret room of the Prince Hotel in the heart of Tokyo. What unexpectedly greeted us was a hidden room. Even those who had made reservations had not been informed of the preparations, so there were many voices of surprise. The space reeked of intrigue, yet fit for a sophisticated meeting. Tonight's themes are "secret meetings" and "seasons." Focusing on the cherry blossoms, which herald the coming of spring, we decided to take the middle path and enjoy the changing seasons to the fullest. The cuisine brings together the best of Tokyo Prince Hotel's traditional techniques, making you feel the breath of spring. You can feel a subtle but definite response. On this night, we celebrated the arrival of spring together through delicate dishes with the faint scent of cherry blossoms. Each dish was a work of art that made you feel the breath of spring. Starting with soaked greens and sakura shrimp, to tofu with sakura kudzu, to hotaru squid topped with moist mustard and sour miso, everything was a condensation of the flavors of the season. Everything from clam soup, cherry blossom trout grilled with rapeseed, and eel and shrimp chirashi Sushi was a delicious collaboration that heralded the arrival of spring. On this night, Tokyo Prince Hotel was more than just a place to eat, it was a temporary shelter that made you feel like spring. We celebrated the change of seasons and prepared to return to normalcy.
