平日のランチに伺いました。
いつも行列になっているお店です。
場所は都営地下鉄大門駅から徒歩3分程度の場所に有ります。
11時50分で行列無しだったので､店内を覗いて見ると数席の空席が有ったので入店しました。
店員さんに1人と伝えると2名テーブル席への案内です。カウンターは無いんですね。
先客は殆どが女性の2〜4名のグループで､男のお一人様は自分だけです。
ランチメニューは､1,100円で前菜2種とメイン3種からの選択です。
前菜は「新玉ねぎのポタージュ」
メインは「豚ロースのローストマスタードソース(マッシュポテトを添えて)」をお願いしました。
すぐに､新玉ねぎのポタージュとパンが､その後5分程で、豚ロースのローストマスタードソースの配膳です。
新玉ねぎのポタージュは冷たいスープで新玉ねぎのほのかな甘さが有り素晴らしく美味しいですね。
豚ロースのローストマスタードソースは大きな豚肉の塊。特に厚さがすごいですね！
1人で食べる量では無いような気がしますが、店内の先客は8割方は女性です。皆さん残さず食べているのかが気になります。
味は申し分無いです。この厚みの豚肉でも柔らかく、ナイフで簡単に切れ、内部は綺麗なピンク色です。
低温調理で絶妙な火入れで美味しいです。
マスタードソースもたっぷり有って､この味付けも素晴らしく美味しいです。
マッシュポテトもコクが有って良い味で美味しくいただきました。
会計はテーブル会計で現金です。
この味で､このボリューム。コスパ最高ですね。店内もおしゃれで大人気なのが良くわかります。
大門には豚肉を扱うビストロが数軒有ります。
八重洲ミッドタウンに移転したAux delices de dodineと言うビストロが数年前まで大門に有りましたが、似たような分厚い豚肉が美味しかったです。ここの系列なんですかね？
