浜松町の裏路地に比較的新しくオープンした海老好きに特化した居酒屋さんのようです。
日曜の昼にランチタイム営業をしている数少ないお店。ましてや海老好きとしてはまずは入らないわけない！
昼飲み大歓迎のようです。
ただ仕事中なのでランチタイムメニューからお店イチオシという、、、
ジョーの海老拉麺(950円)
、、、こちらを頂きました。
大盛りかライスが無料ということで大盛りをお願いして、早速着丼。
エビの風味が濃い～
大量のエビを使うので、ふんだんにエビの出汁を取れるのでしょう。
色んな甲殻類とエビ味噌の複合的なスープは、変態的、個性的な味ベースのラーメン屋が乱立する浜松町の中では、個性弱めですが、エビ好きで嫌いという人はいない味。海老味噌汁の延長戦にあるラーメンですね。
麺は太縮れ丸麺。海老の濃厚なスープをしっかりまとわりつかせて、居酒屋ランチのとりあえずのレベルではなく、ちゃんとしたお仕事。
チャーシューも三枚肉をしっかりとした味付けで、強いエビの主張にも負けないものが二枚。
トッピングにボイル海老、干し海老、海老醤と海老づくし。
個人的にはこのボイル海老が、唯一普通すぎて物足りなかったなー
実はオススメメニューの海老餃子や海老のチーズ春巻きなど、お酒と一緒に食べたいメニューが沢山あって、今度一人でも酒を飲みに来たいなーって心に決めたお店です。
店員さんの接客も闊達で好感度もあり、海老好きとして秀逸な逸品を探したいお店です。
