開店時間の午後１１時半に少し遅れて到着。
狙いは、絶品と噂される数量限定「鯵たたき定食」1150円（税込）。
しかし、すでに売り切れ。
丁寧に仕込んでいるから、多分、15食くらいしか用意出来なのね。
そして、先客が、ほぼ全員これを頼むのだから、売り切れ当然かも。
次回は、開店30分前に来て、並びます。
それは、それとして、オーダーは、「刺身定食」1150円（税込）。
見事に角が立った刺身の数々。
ひと口食べて、声も出ずに唸りましたね。
美味しいわああぁぁ～～♪
刺身は、もちろん、ご飯も、アツアツの味噌汁も、ヒキワリ納豆も全て旨い。
いやあ、脂の乗った刺身の数々。
絶品ですね。
こんなに旨い刺身は、いつ食べて以来か分からない。
大将、腕も良いけど、魚の目利きが凄いです。
今年のNo.1刺身かも知れない。

前回、開店時間の午後１１時半に到着したら、「鯵たたき定食」が売り切れで、「刺身定食」になってしまいました。
今回は、開店３０分前に到着し、一人で行列開始。
定刻に、暖簾が掛かって、入店。
厨房を見渡せるカウンター席に陣取りました。
狙いは、もちろん、絶品と噂される「鯵たたき定食」1150円（税込）。
大将が、丁寧に仕込んでいるのを見ていると、やはり、14～５食くらいしか作れないですね。
さて、オーダーは、「鯵たたき定食」1150円（税込）。
後客の皆様も口を揃えて、同じコールです。
アツアツの味噌汁も、その中の豆腐やタマネギも、すべて旨い。
見事に脂が乗ったその姿。
ひと口食べて、唸ることすら忘れてしまいました。
美味しいわぁぁぁ・・・♪
刺身は、もちろん、ご飯も旨ぁい。
ヒキワリ納豆も良いですねえ。
生姜が、効く、キク～～♪
絶品ですね。
こんなに旨いアジのタタキは、本場の外房まで行かないと食べられませんよ。
