土曜日の夜にお伺いしました。早い時間帯でしたが、個室がないので隣にもお客様がいらっしゃって先に始めていたので、料理の進行が30分ほど先行していて、次の料理への期待感が削がれる感じになってしまいました。
とらふぐ亭は都内複数店に合計5回ほどお伺いしていますが、総合的には安定した美味しさだと思います。
変化を感じたのは
「てっさ」の切り身が若干小さくなったこと、とらふぐ自体が小型化しているのでしょうか？
「てっちり」の切り身の切り分けが若干雑に感じたこと。火入りの差が大きくなるかと思います。
「唐揚げ」の衣が脂っこく感じたこと。開店１時間なので、揚げ油の質が変わったのかも。
デザートがアイスモナカになったのはよかったですし、店員さんの応対は若いアルバイトの人でもしっかりしていましたのでよかったです。
