Food Kawamata Gamecock and Leek Risotto
A luxurious risotto made with Kawamata Shamo, a local brand of chicken from the Abukuma Plateau in Fukushima Prefecture, leeks, and Italian rice. This supreme dish is a concentrated blend of the powerful flavor of Kawamata Shamo and the sweetness and aroma of leeks.

Carefully selected by our owner/sommelier. We offer 8 to 10 types of wine by the glass from around the world, mainly from Italy, on a monthly basis, with content that can be enjoyed by everyone from beginners to intermediate to advanced wine drinkers. There are also minor and maniac varieties. Sometimes we also have glasses other than this month's recommendations. Also wines from Greece, Croatia, Georgia, Ukraine, Israel, and England. Also glasses of various shapes. We always have around 120 types of bottles, including white and red, so you can enjoy them in a variety of situations.
