Large size + 300 yen Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) allows you to enjoy the whole Hinai chicken. Warishita is made by adding Hinai chicken stock, Momiji, and other chicken that is not used in yakitori, and cooking it slowly for a long time to bring out the flavor.The ingredients, thigh and breast meat, are grilled only on the skin side with Kishu Bincho charcoal until crisp and fragrant. Add an accent to Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). The eggs are so elastic and full of flavor that you can hold them with chopsticks, and are soft-boiled. In order to fully enjoy the flavor of Hinai chicken, we do not add any unnecessary ingredients such as onions.
