おいしい焼き鳥やさんを探していたらここがおすすめって言われたのでコースで予約4,000円のやつ。前菜やサラダがおいしいから、ちょっと焼き鳥へのワクワク感が高まりました。
ちなみに田町駅から芝浦口に出てすぐ左手にあるビルにあります、新しい施設なのでとっても綺麗です。店内にはトイレがないので先に行っておくことをおすすめします^^
鳥わさがきました、しっとりなめらか＆とろみのあるおいしい鶏肉にテンションマックス。それから焼き鳥がきました。焼き鳥は、一本が大きくて炭火で時間をかけて焼いているので香りも良いし皮は香ばしく仕上がっているおいしいや〜つです。まずはふりそで。しっとりしながらも程よい弾力があり皮目はパリッとしていて食感が楽しめる一品、それからソレリスを。こちらの方がかみごたえがあります、これもまた全然風味が違って激ウマ。
つくねはスパイシーな味わい、キンカンの醤油漬けと一緒にいただくと卵のとろみで一層深い味わいになります。追加でレバーを注文、いや〜プルップルでおいしい。焼き鳥が好きな方なら絶対に感動すると思います。
締めはミニサイズの親子丼、味濃いめのしっかりした鶏肉とほんのり半熟の卵が最高。めっちゃおいしいからまた行きたいと思いました。駅近だから集まりやすい♪
