We recommend the ``Iwanaka Pork Belly Yaki'', which uses branded meat that Iwate Prefecture is proud of. Because the pigs are raised in a clean environment that excludes fungi that interfere with their growth, they are characterized by soft meat, sweet juices, and pure white, rich fat. Cut into just the right thickness and pass through homemade sauce three times before grilling over charcoal until golden brown. Enjoy with sweet sauce based on chicken bones or spicy miso made with gochujang. Enjoy the date chicken with grilled chicken wings, thighs, and offal, and the Daisen chicken with Steak.

“Kamameshi” is also one of our signature menu items. The rice we are proud of is Koshihikari rice from Ibaraki Prefecture, which is shipped directly from a vendor we have had a long-standing relationship with. Because the rice is polished after ordering, the flavor and texture are exceptional.The rice is cooked fluffy in a soup made with plenty of vegetable extracts, so mix it well before enjoying. Ingredients vary depending on the season, including chicken, shishito peppers, carrots, green onions, and more. Because it is grilled over charcoal, it is fragrant and perfect as an appetizer for alcohol.

We have over 20 brands such as Junmai and Ginjo, and you can enjoy seasonal sake such as new sake and Hiyaoroshi, which changes daily. You can choose the size of 100ml or 1 go, and you can also compare the drinks. We can also suggest pairings with other dishes. For example, we recommend the clear and rich ``Kokuryu Crystal Dragon'' for ``Iwanaka Pork Shoulder Loin Marinated in Salt Koji'' ◎ A combination that directly conveys the texture of the meat and rice goes well.

Our store is located in the back alley of Keio Nakadori. If you are coming from Tamachi Station or Mita Station, look for the large lantern on the right side of the curve to the left. When you enter the alley on your left, you will find a shop built in a retro old private house. Inside the restaurant, we offer counter seats that are comfortable for drinking alone, private rooms for entertaining guests and couples, and outdoor seating depending on the season. The second floor seats also have an alcove decorated with bamboo forest wallpaper. Also, during lunch time only, you can get a large serving of rice cooked in a large pot for free!
