寒くなってきて ちょいと打ち合わせがあり 福寿さんへ。ゆっくりお昼をカウンターで食べるのも 良いものです。
個室より、カウンターで大将に 寿司の話、他の話を聞きながら食べるとこれまた美味しくなります。今年中に再訪できるかな？
7ヶ月目に入った 継ぎ足し出汁の赤だしは絶品。
女子1人で ふらっと カウンターに来られるお客様も居て いい感じでした。

ひと月ぶりに 会食ランチで 福寿さんへ。黒ガリが 美味い美味い！これと、赤だし、ご飯で定食を希望します。って 言いまくってたら 最後の干瓢巻きが、一つ 黒ガリ巻きになりました。（笑）
新ネタとしては、カツオの香味味乗せ。美味でした。ゲストも大満足。夜の料金を聞いてましたよ。あれは、行く。（笑）

隠れ家的なカウンターで食べるお寿司。ランチもお勧め

なかなか、わかりにくい所にお店はあるのですが、月一度は必ず利用させてもらってます。
全コース食しましたが、3980円のランチコースが一番コスパが良い感じがします。
もう、美味しいのは当たり前なのですが、継ぎ足し継ぎ足しで作られる　アラの赤だし！！
これとご飯、黒ガリの定食を作ってくださいとお願いするほど、赤だしが美味いです。
何も具はないのですが、魚介類それぞれの味が楽しめるのは不思議です
