お気に入りの鮨屋が人気になって予約が取りづらくなったので新規開拓にこちらのお店へ伺いました。赤酢を使った江戸前鮨のコース、内装は明るく品があっていくつも個室があるので接待にも良さそう。
ランチおまかせコース
前菜、寿司と小丼、茶碗蒸し、お椀、デザート
鮨ネタは程よい厚みがありシャリとのバランスがいい。前菜や茶碗蒸しの味付けは良かったしテンポよく配膳された。
が、何か物足りない。カウンターじゃなかったからエンタメが感じられなかったのか、前菜の品数が寂しかったからなのか。この店を印象付ける何かがあればもっといいと思いました。
週末のランチタイム、若いお客さんも多く満席でした。
