月曜の夕方お邪魔しましたが大人は接待風の外国人ゲスト達、いくつかある個室も完備
カウンターでコースをいただきました。
昆布締めや、白子に煮こごり、胡麻豆腐。。。
と大好物しか入ってない前菜から掴みは
間に出る焼き物や
またまた大好物の水蛸に海老の昆布締め、重なり合うしめ鯖に甘みがとろける馬糞ウニ、黒墨のお塩でいただく穴子などなど..小技が効いた握りも美味しかった✨
