We use 100% haenuki from Yamagata and plenty of carefully selected seafood. The careful techniques of our craftsmen bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Please enjoy the deep flavor of carefully selected ingredients packed tightly in the pot. One of the attractions is that you can enjoy various flavors depending on the season. We provide products using unchanging technology inherited from tradition.
